HP System Management Homepage won't open

Hi Guys. After searching the web and without luck I came here to see if someone can point me in the right direction.

I've installed the latest version of HP System Management Homepage version 7.6.0.11 for Windows x64 on Windows 2008  SP2 (non R2).

As usually I've installed it over the previous version, but I also tried it removing the previous version. Also I've installed the Latest HPE Insight Management Agents for Windows Server, 10.60.0.0.

The problem is the same always, the site won't load at all.

If looks like as if the server component isn't running. My SNMP Service its configure correctly and also has been restarted.
