Hi everybody,
We had HP SIM 7.0 installed on a Windows Server 2003 several months ago. It's a fresh install of the HP SIM software and everything works fine. The Email Notification sending test was properly.
I found a server there was a hard drive failed and the alert has been recorded. But, we haven't received the
email notification.
We check the SMTP host field of SIM in configuration Options -> Events -> Automatic Event Handling -> E-mail Settings, it went blank.
Any idea??
